Previously, he was senior director in market research at Microsoft. He is a recipient of the Wall Street Journal Achievement Award. Paul Magnone is a director of business development and alliances at Openet, a global telecommunications software and consulting firm. He was previously a senior executive at IBM.
This book grew out of a friendship that began when Chris and Paul studied engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken,
NJ. As they like to say, they “share” a brain.
