Since opening the Big Bottom Market in Guerneville, CA in 2011, he has worked tirelessly to expand their reach, selling Big Bottom Biscuits in other shops and restaurants across the country. This is the first book for Big Bottom Market, which is a popular tourist destination in Sonoma County. Michael lives in Guerneville, CA.

Michael Volpatt is the co-owner and co-founder of Big Bottom Market. For seven years now the Market has been serving the Guerneville community and travelers to California’s Western Sonoma County and has become one of Sonoma’s favorite places to visit.

n addition to his work at the Market, Michael is also a PR guy and has dedicated his time to promoting the Market and the Guerneville community. Michael played an important role in the Market’s Biscuit Mix and Honey bring recognized as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things. He also credits the town’s growing number of entrepreneurs for their role in keeping Guerenville gorgeous and making sure that the town keeps its charm while also evolving for the changing community and the modern traveler. The Market has played a role in the ongoing transformation and Michael along with his business partners Kate Larkin and Donna Prowse, are proud to be a part of the growing community.
